For an appetizer style reception in lieu of dinner we suggest 3-6 dips/appetizer items, 2 platters & 5-10 hors d’oeuvres per guest from our hors d’oeuvre

15 guest minimum on all appetizer platters
Smaller groups with appetizer only menu’s may be subject to additional fee’s

We would be happy to assist you with pairing menu items together to best compliment your special event. At Flambe Catering we are flexible when it comes to the menu.  If you see an item from one our other delicious menu’s that you would like to substitute, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate this.
